Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Home Care & Wellness (Georgia)
Seeking licensed RNs and LPNs who bring compassion, clear communication, and a client-first mindset to home care and wellness support. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing non-medical personal care, health monitoring, and preventive wellness education, and works well with independent adults, family caregivers, and individuals managing chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical personal care, safety checks, and health monitoring in clients' homes
- Offer preventive wellness education and practical health guidance in plain language
- Document client observations accurately and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing
- Home health, community health, or caregiver-support experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, culturally respectful approach
- Current CPR/BLS
- Reliable transportation
- Background check and required health screenings
