Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT)

We are looking for dependable, caring CNAs and PCTs to provide in-home personal care and respite support. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and attentive to detail, enjoys one-on-one client relationships, and is ready to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home as part of a nurse-led team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs as trained and report changes to a supervisor
- Offer companionship and safety supervision, including for clients with memory concerns
- Complete accurate visit notes
Qualifications
- Current Georgia CNA certification or PCT training/certificate
- CPR/First Aid; TB screening; background check
- Home care or facility experience preferred; dementia care experience is a plus
- Dependable, patient, and skilled at building trust with clients and families
- Reliable transportation
